1. Working principle: The permanent magnet DC arc welding generator uses a fuel engine to drive the welding generator. The stator winding of the generator uses a six phase half wave rectification output of 60-75V DC arc welding power supply, and the rotor uses high coercivity rare earth Ru iron boron permanent magnet steel to form a 12 pole hollow rotor with an embedded structure. The AC power frequency before rectification is 360Hz.

2. Features: Due to the high output frequency of the generator reaching 360Hz and the use of rare earth Ru iron boron permanent magnet material, the output characteristics are extremely hard, making the arc very stable. The arc initiation response is fast, the arc starting current is large, and the welding rod is not stuck. Additionally, due to the high conversion efficiency of the permanent magnet welding machine, it saves fuel compared to ordinary excitation type welding machines.

3. Usage: Suitable for acidic or alkaline coated electrodes and cellulose electrodes. Acid or alkaline welding rods are both covered electrodes. Acid welding rods are universal for AC and DC welding machines and have a wide range of applications. Alkaline welding rods are only suitable for DC welding machines and are specifically designed for welding pressure vessels.
